About

Recently, our hearts were broken by the loss of Emma Huke — beloved daughter of Allison and Tim Huke and sister of Ellis Huke — who tragically died in the San Diego plane crash alongside colleagues from Sound Talent Group. Emma was a passionate music lover and vibrant booking associate who lit up every room she entered.

Bee Kind Project is a 501(c)(3) approved nonprofit (EIN 39-2884269), developed to honor Emma's life and legacy, and devoted to building kinder, more compassionate communities through youth development, character education, and the Bee Kind Pledge.

This site serves both to honor Emma’s joyful spirit and to invite a wave of kindness and support through our mission-driven programs. Our hope is to spread Emma’s light by channeling generosity—big or small—into meaningful programs that foster kindness, respect, responsibility, and community.

Our Mission

Our Mission

The Bee Kind Project was born from heartbreak and built on hope. In loving memory of Emma we carry forward her light by fostering kindness, compassion, and courage in young people. Through education, the arts, and inclusive advocacy, we empower the next generation to lead with empathy, lift others up, and live with purpose. Every act of kindness—no matter how small—is a ripple that honors Emma’s legacy and helps heal the world.

Our Vision

Our vision is a world where kindness is instinctive, compassion is courageous, and every young person feels seen, supported, and inspired to shine. We imagine communities lit by empathy—where the legacy of Emma lives on in every act of love, advocacy, and creative expression.
